I went to McDonald'south and they charge me 50 for Big Mac when I only came with 49. The casher told me that I can't read correctly and told me to become glasses. I am file a report on your casher and now I'm mad.

This early forenoon, July 25, 2021, at five:00 AM I came to Store No. 18735 located at 14401 Due south. Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33176 and I witnessed a big change in Customer Service. I only to come here well-nigh every 24-hour interval, this early in the morning and I simply to accept a very bitter experience almost daily, when the store personnel treated me like an intruder. I like the WiFi of your store, simply in the past they fifty-fifty sealed literally the electric outlets to prevent people like me to keep my laptop to be recharged. But today, they opened the store on fourth dimension and with a positive mental attitude.
The electric outlets were open up and the sales personnel were kind and attentive, specially the Shift Manager Ms. ** and the server **, who by the manner came to the store in a Mercedes Benz at five:00 AM abrupt. No wonder! Ms. ** told me that they are having bug on recruiting new employees. Perhaps Biden is right, it'due south supply and demand. By the way, my Seniors coffee was surprisingly fresh and my apple pie was likewise fresh and warm. I asked Ms. ** if the owners were the same, and she confirmed that. Astonishing!

I actually call back that if you can buy breakfast anytime so I should be able to get a cheeseburger someday especially since I actually don't care for breakfast food. I really similar McDonald's food but I preferred tree luncheon rather than breakfast. Thank you thanks thanks.

Stopped by a McDonald'due south eatery recently and got a Sprite to potable with repast. Took one drink after getting back on interstate and noticed it tasted bad-real bad. I thought maybe information technology was where I hadn't got a drink like that for a long fourth dimension and that the gustatory modality was fine that it would be meliorate in a few drinks more. Only even after 10 min or more than the gustatory modality information technology left in my mouth worsened, got really sick, dizzy. And my throat was burning.
Contacted corporate office, explaining the incident in an email. Hadn't expected to hear back from anyone, and was shocked when I received a telephone call from MR. Roy **, the general manager in charge of the chain with the areas where I live. He was very apologetic and expressed that he had spoken with the manager and coiffure at the specific store that I went that mean solar day and they were going to contact me equally well. He was very professional just in a down-to-earth manner. Very efficient in the way all was handled. So, I actually appreciate the time and try that MR. ** put along in getting in touch with me and the steps taken to resolve the situation. Call back, every bit it is said that i bad Apple spoils the bunch.. non e'er true in every instance.

McDonald's in Camden, Delaware is fairly new. This was my second fourth dimension visiting this McDonald but I've dissatisfied with both of my visits. My terminal visit was Apr fourteen, 2022 around 1900 hours. I placed my society and was asked to pull to the first window. Nobody was at this window so I went to the second window. 2 immature African American females seemed agitated. They said "you rode by my window." I said "because nobody was there." They asked if I would back up to the first window. I gave them my credit carte du jour and asked them to take it to the back window. They gave me my food which was nice and hot and seemed fresh.
I then asked for my credit carte. The employee said "information technology'south in your bag with your food." I had a semi big social club. I had to await through my food for my credit card. This was very rude. Also my credit was in the bag with my French fries so my credit card touched my French fries. This is a pandemic. I was really grossed out. This can't be proper procedure. I also asked for BBQ sauce for my twenty-piece and received sugariness and sour instead. I believe these 2 employees meant to exist rude.

My complaint is well-nigh McDonalds Corporate McDonalds App. The McDonalds App codes don't always work. McDonalds gets our personal information for marketing purposes via the McDonalds App, merely the so-called perks of using the McDonalds App are not always received by the customers. I contacted corporate virtually i recent incident, but they told me that they couldn't trace the transaction with merely the code and the cell number we use affiliated with that McDonalds App account. Notwithstanding, I am sure they have no problem tracing personal information from our McDonalds App for their marketing purposes benefit.
McDonalds could easily put in a button on the screen asking if the code worked, and if not, compare it to the transaction that was suppose to employ that code, and so replenish the code to the accounts that were not able to apply the code. However, why should they care nigh their McDonalds App customers? McDonalds gets to dredge their client's personal data without having to actually provide the McDonalds App customer with the then-called McDonalds App perks.

I gauge the employee decided to buy their dejeuner with my carte du jour my bill of fare hoping I wouldn't notice just since information technology took so long to run my machine I want to head and check my banking company business relationship and certain enough they had bought food on my card that I did not receive get out. Had to demand for and for a refund because they acted like it was my fault and told me the charges are still awaiting even though they are for ii different amounts.

ANOTHER WRONG Gild, thought I would give it a try again after proverb I would never go back to McDonalds again subsequently screwing up order afterward order in the past, so after a year I went dorsum thru the drive thru and needless to say they screwed up my three item club, I swear and these people want a raise? They need to be fired or taught how to exercise business. Whatever happened to telling people what is in the bag they only handed them cause if they don't know (which they don't) I damn certain don't know what I'm getting. Terrible service, the worst. A bunch of lost zombies is what they make me think of, pitiful. I'grand will copy and paste this in ever review board I tin find.

What kind of toy is a paper pop up bill of fare for a kid? My son won't play with information technology. He don't recollect whatsoever child would. Lately they had a lot of girls toys in there the last few months because of the new Disney movies and the toys they have you have to play on the cellphones to play with them. They won't work unless there is Wi-Fi or if the toy isn't new. Isn't fair for whatever kids. Tin can't play it with the cellphones. I don't know if they gotten inexpensive or they really don't care what they put in these happy meals equally far as the toys.
